Beatty Development Group Appoints Two New Officers
Beatty Development Group has announced today the appointment of two new executive officers from within the Company
Jonathan Flesher – Vice President, Development
Jonathan has been promoted from Senior Development Director to Vice President, Development. In this expanded role, Jonathan is responsible for all day-to-day development activities at Harbor Point, including the extensive environmental management of the project. His 15 years of direct experience with Harbor Point include the development of the Thames Street Wharf office building and leading the complex entitlement process for the Exelon Building. Currently, Jonathan is managing the development and construction of the 1405 Point apartments and is completing the design and entitlement process for the upcoming mixed-use Wills Wharf office, hotel and retail building.
Timothy Pula – Vice President, Community Development
Previously Senior Development Director, Tim is now Vice President, Community Development. The title better reflects his role within the company, as he is responsible for the development of Beatty Development’s various community projects. Tim oversaw the development and construction of the recently completed Nine East 33rd student apartment building in Charles Village. Currently, Tim is guiding the development of Old Town Mall and pursuing additional development opportunities for Beatty Development throughout Baltimore.
“We have built a really strong, successful team, and Jonathan and Tim have been key contributors to that success,” said Michael Beatty, President of Beatty Development Group. “Their collective talent and experience will be a great asset for our leadership team and will help guide the Company as we continue to take on development challenges at Harbor Point and across Baltimore.”
