Preleasing Begins at 1405 Point

Preleasing is now underway at 1405 Point, the nearly completed waterfront residential building located at 1405 Point Street in Harbor Point. 1405 Point is scheduled for completion in February 2018, with the first move-in ready units available in January.

The new 17-story building features 289 luxury residences with a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans. Prices start at $1,560 for a 368-square foot studio apartment, up to $3,440 for certain three-bedroom, 1,136 square foot models. Each residential unit will include modern cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless appliances. The floor-to-ceiling windows in each unit offer stunning views of the harbor and private balconies will be available with select floorplans.

Other amenities at 1405 Point include an 11th floor pool deck with sun lounge area and grilling stations, fitness center, plush resident lounge, common-area chef’s kitchen, and on-site bike storage. The amenity offerings will be complemented with 24/7 concierge services for residents. The building also has nearly 18,000 square feet of street-level retail, with previously announced Vida Taco Bar and Solidcore both set to open in early 2018.

“At 1405 Point, we’ve strived to create a highly-desirable living space paired with great amenities – however, our real amenity is the neighborhood,” said Jonathan Flesher, Vice President of Development at Beatty Development Group. “The public open spaces, along with best-in-class shops and restaurants, coupled with its central location between Harbor East and Fell’s Point, are what really makes the Harbor Point neighborhood the ideal place to live.”
