Thames Street Wharf is a modern, post-tensioned concrete structure standing at eight stories. Its signature canted glass curtain wall wrapping the southern facade offers unobstructed views of the Inner Harbor. Expansive windows line the remaining two-thirds of the building, providing excellent views of Fells Point, the harbor, and surrounding neighborhoods.

As Harbor Point’s first project, Thames Street Wharf sets the tone for energy efficiency and sustainability for the entire neighborhood, with several innovative sustainable principles, including an under-floor air delivery system, a green roof to reduce the heat island effect and manage stormwater, low-flow faucets, and dual-flush toilets.

The building has multiple office tenants and retail space, but primarily serves as the East Coast operations center for New York-based investment manager Morgan Stanley.
