Jellyfish Relocating to Harbor Point

Beatty Development Group and Armada Hoffler Properties announced today that Jellyfish, a UK-based digital marketing agency, has signed an office lease at Wills Wharf, the next mixed-use building set to deliver at Harbor Point. Jellyfish opened its U.S. headquarters in Baltimore in 2014 and will relocate from its current location at 250 S. President Street to Wills Wharf in Q4 2019. Jellyfish will occupy a full floor of the new building, leasing 34,500 square feet.

“In 2015, our global headquarters relocated to The Shard, an awe-inspiring tower in the heart of London” said Rob Pierre, CEO, Jellyfish. “Calling that Trophy building home allowed us to create an award-winning environment for clients and provided a workspace where our employees enjoyed being a part of each and every day. We wanted to replicate that in Baltimore and believe we’ve found it at Harbor Point.”

“We welcome Jellyfish to Wills Wharf and we are excited they have chosen to grow their company at Harbor Point,” said Michael Beatty, President, Beatty Development Group. “Harbor Point provides a perfect blend of space, technology, and amenities that can foster growing companies like Jellyfish for years to come.”

Jellyfish is the first announced tenant for Wills Wharf, the fourth building in the expanding Harbor Point neighborhood. JLL and Beatty Development are currently negotiating with several other prospective tenants and expect to announce additional leases for Wills Wharf throughout 2018. The 12-story, 330,000 square foot waterfront building will feature 236,000 square feet of Class A office space and a 156-room Canopy by Hilton hotel.

JLL’s Antony Gross, Rob Freeman and Peter Jackson represented Beatty Development in the transaction; Savills Studley’s George Santos and Ryan Miller represented Jellyfish.
