WeWork to Open First Baltimore Location at Harbor Point

WeWork will be opening its first Baltimore location in 2020 at Harbor Point. The coworking space provider will take two floors at Wills Wharf, currently under construction, and is expected to accommodate a community of more than 1,100 members.

At Wills Wharf, WeWork joins the digital marketing agency Jellyfish, and Baltimore’s first Canopy by Hilton hotel, located on the top four floors. The 12-story, 330,000 square foot waterfront building will feature 236,000 square feet of class A office space.

Wills Wharf is a joint development by Beatty Development Group and Armada Hoffler Properties
