Point Park Revealed in New Renderings
New renderings presented during the January session of Baltimore’s Urban Design & Architecture Advisory Panel (UDAAP) show further refinements to Point Park, based on feedback received from the panel in December 2020. A signature piece of the Harbor Point neighborhood, the waterfront Point Park will be a 4.5-acre green space with a large open lawn for active or passive recreation, as well as for special events. The park will offer incredible vantage points to see downtown Baltimore and the Inner Harbor. Point Park is currently scheduled for completion in mid-2024.
