Constellation Building

The 21-story, mixed-use Constellation Building serves as the headquarters of Constellation Energy and a regional office for the Exelon Corporation. The office build-out includes a 65,000 SF trading floor. The Constellation Building is the cornerstone project of Harbor Point, and a model for sustainable building practices – the core and shell have earned a LEED Gold designation, while the interiors have reached LEED Platinum status. Within the Constellation Building, the residences of 1305 Dock Street offer an exclusive waterside retreat with floor-to-ceiling windows, elegant appliances and finishes, and views of the Inner Harbor.
