New Renderings for 1405 Point Released

Beatty Development Group today released new interior renderings of 1405 Point, the highly anticipated waterfront apartment building currently under construction at Harbor Point.

The new renderings highlight five areas of 1405 Point, most notably the 11th floor pool deck, providing residents with spectacular waterfront views of the surrounding Inner Harbor. Additional renderings showcase the sleek, modern kitchen and floor-to-ceiling windows of a standard unit, as well as the building’s luxurious resident lounge and lobby areas.

Scheduled for completion in late 2017, the 17-story building will feature 289 apartments, a rooftop pool, and a fitness center, as well as 18,000 square feet of retail space. Visit 1405 Point for more information and to view all the renderings.

“When completed, 1405 Point will be a prominent addition to Harbor Point, providing a unique lifestyle experience that you won’t find anywhere else in Baltimore.” said Michael Beatty, President of Beatty Development Group. “With its upscale appearance and beautiful waterfront surroundings, it sets the tone for the one-of-a-kind sense of place that is synonymous with Harbor Point.”

Located along Baltimore’s scenic waterfront between Harbor East and historic Fells Point, Harbor Point will be a vibrant, highly integrated neighborhood with a focus on sustainability and innovation. As the City’s largest downtown, waterfront site yet to be developed, Harbor Point will be composed of three million square feet of mixed-use space on 27 acres and will be the leading development showcasing Baltimore’s urban renaissance. The neighborhood will feature thoughtfully designed public space, including 9.5 acres of waterfront parks and a promenade along the water’s edge.
